Important Information & Safety Guidelines
The dye products used in eyebrow and eyelash tinting can have an adverse reaction on a small number of people. The skin around the eye is thinner compared to the skin on the rest of the body and is more susceptible to allergic reaction and irritation.
To ensure, for your safety, that you do not have a reaction to the products used in the treatments it is necessary to have a patch test 24 hours before the eyebrow tint treatment takes place:
We will not carry out the treatment without a patch test being carried out at the salon.
Please arrive at your appointment with no eye makeup, as makeup residue can affect the results of your tinting. If you arrive wearing eye makeup, we will need to remove it before starting the treatment. However, if the tinting does not take due to makeup residue, no refunds will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure you achieve the best results possible.
If you have broken skin around the eye area, eye infection or conditions (eg. conjunctivitis, swelling, or irritation around the eyes) when you are due to come in for your treatment then you may need to rearrange your appointment. Please contact us if this is the case.
Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant or have allergies so that we can advise you on the suitability of our treatments, customise our techniques and check product ingredients.
To ensure the best waxing results, avoid products with alpha-hydroxy or glycolic acid 48 hours before your appointment. If you are using topical prescriptions like Retin-A, Renova, or Differin, we recommend avoiding facial waxing altogether.
If you are taking medications such as antihistamines, tetracycline, cortisone, blood thinners, or thyroid medication, they may increase sensitivity during waxing. Please let your therapist know so we can adjust our approach as needed.
What to Expect
Your journey to beautifully enhanced eyes begins with a consultation with your beauty therapist. During this initial stage, you'll discuss how full and natural you'd like your eyebrows and eyelashes to appear, ensuring we achieve your desired look.
Step 1: Preparation
The beauty therapist will prepare the eye area by gently removing any residue makeup or debris. Petroleum jelly will then be applied under the eyes to protect the skin from staining during the tinting process.
Step 2: Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting
The dye is mixed and carefully applied:

For eyebrows, the dye is first brushed in the direction of hair growth, followed by a second layer applied in the opposite direction to ensure thorough coverage.

The bottom eyelashes are tinted first, followed by the top lashes, with the dye applied from the root outward while your eyes remain closed.
The dye is left on for a few minutes to develop to the optimal colour. Once ready, the excess dye and petroleum jelly are gently removed with a damp cotton pads.
Step 3. Eyebrow Shaping
Hot wax is applied with a spatula to the areas of the eyebrow that need shaping. Once the wax hardens, it is removed, leaving behind a perfectly sculpted brow.
Treatment Duration: The combined Eye Trio treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.

This is an eyebrow wax for the removal of the hairs under and in between the eyebrows. Before all eyebrow waxing, I will look and recommend what shape is best for you to get the expert brow shape that will suit your face.
This treatment takes 15 minutes.
Eyebrow Tint
Eyebrow tinting is the process of applying a semi-permanent dye to enhance, shape, and define your brows. It gives the appearance of thicker, more youthful looking eyebrows. The idea is not to make your eyebrows darker, but to match your natural colour. You can have a darker shade if you want to give you a stronger more defined look, especially if you have paler eyebrows.
This treatment takes 15 minutes.
Eyelash Tint
Eyelash tinting is the process of applying a semi-permanent dye to enhance your eyelashes. It gives you up to 6 weeks of dark, full lashes without the assistance of mascara. Eyelash tints are a happy medium between mascara and falsies, giving you a wide-eyed, long-lashed look for a relatively affordable price and with little upkeep
This treatment takes 30 minutes.
An Eyelash lift is a temporary perming method that enhances the look of your natural lashes by simply lifting and curling them up. As a result, eyelashes look longer and fuller, enhancing your eye area. Lasting up to 8 weeks, it can give you more confidence and look great for longer with less hassle.
This treatment takes 45 minutes.
CACI Eye Revive
The CACI Eye Revive treatment uses serum filled CACI microcurrent rollers together with a deeply nourishing Hydro Eye Mask to lift hooded eyelids, reduce puffiness and dark circles and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.
