An eyelash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that enhances the appearance of your natural lashes by lifting and curling them upwards. Important Information & Safety Guidelines
The perm products used in eyelash lifting can have an adverse reaction on a small number of people. The skin around the eye is thinner compared to the skin on the rest of the body and is more susceptible to allergic reaction and irritation.
To ensure, for your safety, that you do not have a reaction to the products used in the treatments it is necessary to have a patch test 24 hours before the eyelash lift treatment takes place:
We will not carry out the treatment without a patch test being carried out at the salon.
Please arrive at your appointment with no eye makeup, as makeup residue can affect the results of your eyelash lift. If you arrive wearing eye makeup, we will need to remove it before starting the treatment. However, if the lift does not take due to makeup residue, no refunds will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure you achieve the best results possible.
If you have an eye infection or conditions (ex. conjunctivitis, swelling, or irritation around the eyes)when you are due to come in for your treatment then you may need to rearrange your appointment. Please contact us if this is the case.

What to Expect
Eyelash Lift Process
1. Consultation: Your beauty therapist will begin by discussing your desired lash lift result, ensuring the final look suits your preferences.
2. Preparation: The therapist shields your lower lashes and thoroughly cleans your upper lashes to remove any debris or residue of makeup.
3. Silicone Shield Application: With your eyes closed, a curved silicone shield is gently placed on your eyelid to act as a base for the lash lift.
4. Lash Placement: Your upper lashes are carefully separated and secured to the silicone shield to achieve the desired curl.
5. Perm Solution: A perm solution is applied to the top lashes and left to process for a few minutes.
6. Neutraliser: After removing the perm solution, a neutralising solution is applied to set the lift. This is left on for another few minutes.
7. Eyelash Tint: A lash dye is applied only to the upper lashes to darken and enhance them. The dye is left on for a few minutes. (Please note: bottom lashes are not dyed.)
8. Moisturising Serum: A conditioning serum is applied to nourish the lashes while removing them from the silicone shield.
9. Final Touch: The silicone shield and lower lash shield are removed, and your lashes are brushed through to reveal beautifully lifted and tinted lashes.
Duration: The treatment takes approximately 45 minutes.

Eyebrow tinting is the process of applying a semi-permanent dye to enhance, shape, and define your brows. It gives the appearance of thicker, more youthful looking eyebrows. The idea is not to make your eyebrows darker, but to match your natural colour. You can have a darker shade if you want to give you a stronger more defined look, especially if you have paler eyebrows.
This treatment takes 15 minutes.
Eyelash tinting is the process of applying a semi-permanent dye to enhance your eyelashes. It gives you up to 6 weeks of dark, full lashes without the assistance of mascara. Eyelash tints are a happy medium between mascara and falsies, giving you a wide-eyed, long-lashed look for a relatively affordable price and with little upkeep.
This treatment takes 30 minutes.
This is a combination treatment of an eyelash and eyebrow tint and eyebrow shape. Tinting your eyebrows and eyelashes with a semi-permanent dye to enhance their look, giving you up to 6 weeks of dark, full eyebrows and eyelashes lashes without the assistance of mascara or eyebrow pencil. On top of that, your eyebrows will be waxed to remove the hairs under and in between the eyebrows.
