VISITING THE SALON
We want every visit to BBR Advanced Skincare to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The information below will help you prepare for your appointment and ensure your visit runs smoothly.
PARKING
Free parking is available for clients.
Please use one of the allocated BBR Advanced Skincare parking spaces beside the salon, which are marked with BBR Advanced Skincare parking signs.
Please do not park in front of the shed doors, as this is a private parking area for the house and access must be kept clear at all times. Vehicles parked in this area may be at risk of accidental damage if the shed doors need to be opened.

ARRIVING AT THE SALON
Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.
If you arrive a little early, you're welcome to wait in our waiting area, where toilet facilities are available for clients. As BBR Advanced Skincare operates by appointment only, there may not always be someone available to greet you immediately if we're with another client, but we'll welcome you as soon as we're ready for your appointment.
To help ensure every client receives their full appointment time and privacy, we kindly ask that you remain in the waiting area until you're invited into the treatment room.

At BBR Advanced Skincare, we aim to provide a calm, welcoming and relaxing environment where you can enjoy your treatment in comfort.
Surrounded by the peaceful Somerset countryside, our purpose-built salon offers a quiet retreat where you can take time out to relax, unwind and enjoy a little time for yourself.
As we operate by appointment only and treat one client at a time, you'll benefit from a private, personalised experience with our full attention throughout your visit.
Without the distractions often found in larger salons, such as busy reception areas, multiple conversations and constant foot traffic, you can enjoy a peaceful appointment in complete comfort. It also provides a confidential space where you can ask questions, discuss your skin concerns and feel completely at ease throughout your visit.

HYGIENE & SAFETY
Your safety, comfort and wellbeing are our priority.
We follow strict hygiene and infection control procedures throughout the salon. All tools and equipment are cleaned, disinfected or sterilised in accordance with manufacturer guidance and industry best practice.
Where appropriate, single-use items are used and safely disposed of after each treatment to help maintain the highest standards of hygiene and reduce the risk of cross infection.
Where appropriate, personal protective equipment (PPE) may also be worn during treatments to help maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment, so you can relax knowing your wellbeing is always our priority.
