- After pre-cleansing, cleansing and toning, apply Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1.
- Massage into the face and neck, morning and evening.
- Use for a minimum of 1 - 2 bottles before progressing to Vita-Antioxidant AVST 2 Moisturiser.
