Most serious problems come from too much pressure during massage. Some forms of massage can leave you feeling a bit sore the next day. But massage shouldn't ordinarily be painful or uncomfortable. If any part of your massage doesn't feel right or is painful, speak up right away.
What to Expect
What to Expect During a Massage Session:
1. Preparation: No special preparation is required for a massage. Before your first session, the therapist will discuss your symptoms, medical history, and goals for the treatment. They will explain the type of massage and techniques you can expect.
2. Getting Ready:

The therapist will leave the room, allowing you to undress to your level of comfort (typically down to underwear) and lie face down on the massage table, covering yourself with a towel.
3. During the Massage:

The therapist will apply massage oil to reduce friction and heat during the massage. Please inform them if you have any allergies.

They will test different pressures to find what feels right for you.

If a sensitive spot or muscle knot is encountered, it may feel uncomfortable as the therapist works it out. However, it should never be painful — always communicate if you need adjustments.
4. Pressure Adjustments:

This is your session; feel free to request more or less pressure at any time.

In some cases, deeper pressure may be required to achieve your goals, but your comfort remains the priority.
5. Relaxation:

Feeling tired, sleepy, or even dozing off during a massage is perfectly normal. The therapist is accustomed to this and won't mind snoring.

If you fall asleep, the therapist will gently wake you once the session concludes.

This treatment will take 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Bamboo Back Neck & Shoulder Massage
The rolling and kneading with a warm Bamboo cane will ease the stiffness and reduce muscle pain, and
it produces a deep sense of relaxation and serenity and inner wellbeing leading to a reduction in stress and tension. This treatment includes the back, neck and shoulders.
This treatment will take 45 minutes.
Bamboo Full Body Massage
The rolling and kneading with a warm Bamboo cane will ease the stiffness and reduce muscle pain, and
it produces a deep sense of relaxation and serenity and inner wellbeing leading to a reduction in stress and tension. This treatment includes the back, legs, arms, shoulders, and neck.

The warm Lava Shells help relax the body and help ease away tension, knots and stress with slow deep movements. As the warm smooth shells glides over the body it will leave you feeling relaxed and stress free. This treatment includes back, neck and shoulders.
