APPOINTMENTS
& BOOKING
Welcome to BBR Advanced Skincare. We are committed to providing every client with a professional, relaxing and enjoyable experience from the moment they book their appointment.
The information below explains how appointments are booked and managed, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments can be booked online through our Fresha booking system, by telephone, email, WhatsApp, text message (SMS), or in person at the salon. Appointments requested by telephone, email, WhatsApp or text message are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation from us.
When booking online, you can choose to either:
-
Pay online in full at the time of booking for a quicker checkout after your appointment, or
-
Pay in the salon following your treatment. No deposit is required when selecting this option.
You can also redeem valid gift vouchers, apply promotional or discount codes (where applicable), and use the secure payment options available during online checkout.
All appointments require a valid payment card to secure your booking, even if you choose to pay in the salon or are booking with a gift voucher. No payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking unless you choose to pay online in full.
Your card details are securely stored by our booking system and may be charged only in accordance with our Cancellation & No-Show Policy. If a valid payment card is not provided when required, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
By making a booking with BBR Advanced Skincare, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Salon Policies & Terms.

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can be carried out. This allows us to discuss your concerns and goals, assess your skin or treatment area where appropriate, review your medical history, and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
Our consultation fee is fully redeemable against eligible products or treatments purchased following your consultation.
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be carried out. Your therapist will always assess whether a treatment is safe and appropriate for you. Where necessary, we may recommend an alternative treatment or advise that treatment is not suitable.
Consultation appointments are subject to our standard Cancellation & No-Show Policy. Please refer to our Payments & Cancellations page for full details.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS & REMINDERS
To help you manage your appointments, our booking system will automatically send you the following communications:
-
An appointment confirmation by email and WhatsApp (or text message if WhatsApp is unavailable) as soon as your booking is confirmed.
-
A reminder by email 7 days before your appointment.
-
A reminder by email and WhatsApp (or text message if WhatsApp is unavailable) 3 days before your appointment.
These communications are provided as a courtesy and should not be solely relied upon. Please ensure your email address and mobile number are kept up to date so you receive all appointment updates.
Please note that the timing and method of appointment communications may occasionally change if our booking system is updated or improved.

RUNNING LATE
If you think you're going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll always do our best to accommodate you where possible. However, depending on how late you arrive, your treatment time may need to be reduced or your appointment may need to be rearranged to avoid delaying other clients.

We will never compromise the quality or safety of your treatment. Where there is insufficient time to complete your treatment to our usual professional standards, your appointment may need to be rearranged and our Cancellation & No-Show Policy may apply.
