SALON POLICY
CHILDREN &
CLIENTS UNDER 18
The information below explains our policy regarding children visiting the salon and treatments for clients under the age of 18. These policies help us provide a safe, comfortable and professional environment for all clients while ensuring treatments are carried out in accordance with our insurance requirements and industry guidance.

Children Visiting the Salon
We kindly ask that, wherever possible, children are not brought to appointments unless they are the client receiving treatment.
As BBR Advanced Skincare is a small, private salon, space within the treatment room and waiting area is limited. To help us provide a safe, calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we encourage alternative childcare arrangements wherever possible.
Please note:
-
Wherever possible, we ask that alternative childcare arrangements are made before attending your appointment.
-
If children accompany you to your appointment, they must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-
For health, safety and insurance reasons, children may not be permitted in the treatment room during certain treatments.
-
For safety reasons, children must remain with a responsible adult at all times and must not be left unattended anywhere on the salon premises.
-
If a child becomes disruptive or their safety cannot be maintained, we may need to pause, stop or rearrange your appointment if we feel it is necessary for the safety or comfort of those present.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment for all our clients.

Every treatment is assessed individually.
Our priority is always the safety and wellbeing of our clients. We'll always provide honest advice and recommend the most appropriate treatment based on age, clinical suitability and insurance requirements.
If you're unsure whether a treatment is suitable for someone under the age of 18, please contact us before booking and we'll be happy to advise.
