GIFT CARDS
Looking for the perfect gift? A BBR Advanced Skincare Gift Card is a thoughtful way to treat someone special, giving them the freedom to choose the treatments or products that are right for them.
Gift cards can be purchased online and used towards eligible treatments and products, making them the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or any special occasion.
PURCHASING A GIFT CARD
Gift cards can be purchased online for a monetary value and are delivered electronically, making them quick and convenient to send to friends or loved ones.
Please note:

Gift cards can be purchased online only.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
REDEEMING A GIFT CARD
Gift cards can be redeemed when booking all treatments online or when paying in the salon. They may also be used towards eligible products purchased in the salon.
Please note:

Gift cards may be redeemed against all treatments and products purchased in the salon.

Gift cards cannot be used towards memberships or online product purchases.

More than one gift card can be used towards the same purchase.

Gift cards may only be redeemed up to the available balance.

Any remaining balance will stay on your gift card until the expiry date and can be used towards a future eligible purchase.

If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
BOOKING WITH A GIFT CARD
Appointments booked using a gift card must still be secured with a valid payment card when booking online.
Your payment card is used to secure your appointment in accordance with our Payments & Cancellations Policy and will not be charged at the time of booking unless you choose to pay in full online.
If you choose to pay in the salon using your gift card, please ensure you have your gift card code available at your appointment.
If the value of your gift card does not cover the full cost of your appointment or purchase, the remaining balance can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods.
