The information below explains how our packages and memberships work, including how they can be purchased, redeemed and managed.
PREPAID PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Our prepaid packages and memberships are designed to offer excellent value while helping you achieve your treatment goals through a planned course of treatments.
Packages and memberships are available for selected treatments and products and are paid for in advance. Once purchased, your sessions will be linked to your client account and can be redeemed when booking eligible treatments.
PACKAGES VS MEMBERSHIPS
We offer both prepaid packages and memberships to help make your treatments more convenient and cost-effective. While they work in a similar way, they are designed to suit different needs.
Packages
Packages are prepaid courses of treatments and/or products purchased as a one-off payment. They are ideal if you're planning a recommended course of treatments or would like to take advantage of a package offer.
Memberships
When available, memberships are designed for clients who wish to enjoy regular treatments and exclusive member benefits through a recurring monthly payment. Memberships may include additional savings or exclusive offers, depending on the membership selected.

All sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the named client.
